Polyolefin hot melt adhesive
ZJ-POR550 is an amorphous polyolefin hot melt adhesive obtained by copolymerization of ethylene, propylene, or butadiene. It has low VOC, is environmentally friendly, and has good adhesion performance to low polarity substrates. At the same time, it has good acid, alkali, and weather resistance. It is used in the fields of paper folding, edge filling, and sealing.

- Recommended application temperature is between 160~200 ℃, and the adhesive amount should be determined based on the actual bonding interface
- Adhesion during opening hours (approximately 60 seconds @ 20 ℃)
- After applying the adhesive, the temperature should not exceed 130 ℃, as repeated heating may alter the performance of the hot melt adhesive.
- In order to achieve optimal bonding performance, the temperature of the substrate to be bonded should preferably be between 15 and 30 ℃.
